5 Reasons Why Affirmation Music Playlists Should Be Part of Your Wellness Toolkits

 
 

1. If your top love language is words of affirmations, you should consider surrounding yourself with music that affirms your spirit with positive words. You get to jam out AND receive uplifting words at the same time? Count me in!

2. Music is a whole vibe.  One of the best gifts humans gave the Earth was music.  I’ve seen and experienced music transcending different languages and changing moods Music has the potential to shift your energetic frequency. 

3. Playlists are a great tool to add to your wellness tool kit.  Wellness is a whole practice and the more tools you can gather to build a solid wellness game plan, the more options are available for you to use when you encounter challenging moments. 

4. You are the curator.  Putting playlists together allows you to select, arrange, and share back what words, sounds, and vibes you want to access at that moment.  I love playing my Affirmations Playlist on Spotify when I want uplifting energy in my soul.  And I put on my Baddie Playlist when I am in the gym or strolling down the street being the showstop baddie I am.  

5. Musical affirmations are catchy.  Like a jingle that you can’t shake out of your head, you are programming your brain subconsciously to absorb a particular message in your psyche.  What a cool way to reprogram your mind, body, and spirit!
